A "Bank" Holiday is what it was today. Not sure what it was celebrating but it was really quiet out. Again we got up extremely early and I went for a run and messed about on the Wii Fat, think it's all working as my weight is already going down. Although I know the lactic acid will be killing me tomorrow!!

Now I know most people don't need another thing to be distracted by on the Internet but this BLOG is brilliant!! Seriously it's well worth a look and you'll want to find some of your own pics to add to it. Using time wisely FAIL! Or this one works of Simon who was the perpetrator who introduced me to the site!
